Founded by entrepreneur, real estate investor, and property developer Shaun Preston, the company draws on more than two decades of experience in remodeling, development, restoration, and property transformation. Its roots trace back even further to Preston Construction Company, founded by Shaun's grandfather in Orillia, Ontario.

Shaun grew up on construction sites, learning firsthand that exceptional work is built on more than technical skill. It requires discipline, integrity, attention to detail, and pride in the finished result.

Over the years, the Preston family has been involved in the construction and development of homes, subdivisions, and properties across Canada and the United States. That experience shaped Shaun's understanding of what property owners truly value: dependable service, clear communication, professional execution, and results that stand the test of time.
